Please fill out the lease application and return it to 112 Engineering Research Labs (ERL). Be sure to read through the sample lease before applying. Student(s) that are accepted will be expected to sign a lease agreement which will be the same as the sample. The lease runs from June 1 till May 31 of the next year. The house will be up for rent until the spot is filled, all applications returned by the review date will be reviewed equally and considered before any later applications. Applications thereafter will be reviewed on a first-come first-serve basis.
