What is the Student Design and Experiential Learning Center (SDELC)?The SDELC serves approximately 500 students involved with team-based learning by providing facilities, administration, financial aid, marketing, logistics and technical support to the university's twelve premier student design teams and related student projects. |

What is Experiential Learning? Experiential learning provides a more complete educational environment than the traditional classroom format alone. Experiential learning develops and makes available more 'hands-on' opportunities that suplement traditional lecture and lab courses. By balancing classroom theory with the applied experience students become more engaged fully in their course work, and ultimately develop into graduates equally versed in the applied and theoretical aspects of their respective disciplines. |
